Q: Do you offer in-store shopping?

A: No, we do not have a physical store. All purchases are made online through our website.

Q: Can I get a discount for bundle shirts?

A: Yes! Bundle discounts are available for 2D shirts and single-sided 3D short sleeve shirts. The discount is automatically applied at checkout when you purchase a minimum of 20 shirts. A 7-day advance notice is required to receive the bundle discount. To qualify, all shirts in the bundle must be the same design.

Q: How should I care for your sublimated products?

A: To maintain the quality of our products, wash them in cold water on a gentle cycle and hang them to dry. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners, as they can damage the design.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order if I purchase priority processing?

A: If priority processing is purchased, your order will be ready within 1-5 calendar days, depending on the date you selected.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

A: Orders typically are ready for pick up within 7-10 business days after approval unless priority processing was purchased. 

Q: Do you offer shipping?

A: YES!!

Q: Can I bring my own products to be sublimated?

A: Unfortunately, no. We only print on materials provided by us to ensure quality and avoid any potential liability issues.

Q: Can I return or exchange an item?

A: Please review our Refund Policy for details. While we do not offer refunds, or exchanges. We kindly ask that all customers inspect their purchases within 24 hours of delivery. If you notice any issues with your order—such as defects, damage, or incorrect items—please contact us immediately with clear photos and a description of the problem. We are committed to your satisfaction and will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund, remake, or store credit, depending on the situation.
Please note: After the 24-hour window, we are unable to offer refunds, remakes, or other compensation. This policy helps ensure timely resolution and fairness for all parties.

Q: Do you create custom designs?

A: Yes, we specialize in custom sublimation designs! Once the design is sent for approval, it’s your responsibility to confirm the details before production begins.
